Presslok camera
This camera is a simplified version of the PressFlex- there are no movements, but it still fits a Graflok back so you can use 6×6, 6×7, 6×8, and 6×9 film backs with a Mamiya Press lens. The camera is fully modular, with the center body acting as a spacer. By changing the body spacer and the front lens mount (and adding a helical) you can use a wide variety large format lenses.

PressFlex camera
Now that the technical field camera is finished I’ve started work on a new camera that uses the same Mamiya Press lens mount but instead of full movements, it has similar movements as a Hasselblad FlexBody (front extension, front tilt, and rear shift.) The nice feature of this camera is that the front and rear plates are mounted on linear bearings with lead screws, so the camera movements should be silky smooth and it will have the ability to focus when using a large format lens. Like the medium format technical field camera, this camera will use a 6×9 120 roll film back. Construction of this camera is entirely machined Aluminum (with a few brass bits.)
I also designed a carrying case for the camera that will hold the camera body, lens, film back and camera ball head. The lid of the carrying case is the tripod base- small extendable legs fold out from under the lid to form a table top tripod (technically a quad pod.) The removeable knob for the case lid then secures the ball head on top of the case lid.
